Senior Noise Consultant

Glasgow

We are looking for a Senior Noise Consultant to join our Glasgow team and support the delivery of a diverse range of projects throughout the UK. This position would be well suited for someone looking to build on their existing skillset and develop a broad range of experience and specific expertise on high profile projects with major clients.

The position will include carrying out noise assessments for projects across a range of sectors including residential, industrial, renewables, commercial and infrastructure projects.  The role will principally involve survey design, consultation, reporting, project management and business development activities, but will also include writing proposals, client liaison and occasional site work such as on-site noise monitoring.  Demonstrable practical experience in residential and industrial noise assessments would be advantageous.  The role would also include supervising and mentoring more junior staff.

As this role includes both field and office-based work, a full UK driving licence is required and the successful candidate must be willing to travel throughout the UK and Ireland as necessary.
