Transport and Access Abnormal Load in York Glasgow Edinburgh

Transport and Access

We have expertise in abnormal load route assessments and have undertaken a number of studies for a large range of turbine sizes.  Based on significant experience in the field of transportation, we have developed our own audited library of specialist vehicles based on existing UK hauliers to ensure any analysis best represents the likely impacts on the road network.

Following an Abnormal Load Route Assessment, our engineers can design site roadworks as well as conduct intrusive and non-intrusive studies of existing roads infrastructure as part of consultations with Local Roads Authorities, Transport Scotland and the Highways Agency.

Our engineers are also highly experienced in assessing wind farm sites and progressing roadworks schemes for both renewable and non-renewable projects through statutory procedures for approval and construction.
